CONTRACT GRAZING

There are numerous opportunities for stock owners to utilise the contract grazing services provided by NZLS properties. NZLS core grazing activities focus on high value lamb, cattle fattening and dairy support, however we also offer competitive market rates for grazing all other classes of livestock throughout the year and the country.

There are a variety of options for grazing which can be customised to suit the stock owner’s specific needs. Stock can be grazed on a headage or weight gain basis, for a short or long term.

Our contract fattening stock consistently achieves high growth rates, reflecting the superior abilities and professional work ethic of our farm managers.

Livestock owners can be assured that the stock will be managed by a qualified, experienced team of farm managers that tend to the stock on a daily basis and ensure their progress is consistently monitored. Strict adherence to animal health best practices is the foundation of work practices and all employees have completed training to ensure these standards are met.
